Eileen Lee

Eileen Lee is the HR Manager at InCommercial Property Group. Eileen earned her SHRM certification in HR, and previously worked at Guaranteed Rate as an HR Coordinator. Her past work experience spans nine years and includes HR, customer relations, and office management. You can find Eileen on the tennis court or having a nice glass of red wine in her free time.

Rivka Leder

Rivka is Transaction Coordinator at InCommerical Property Group. Prior to joining the InCommercial team, she worked as a legal secretary for a Chicago Real Estate law office for five years. She also co-founded Zemer Emet, an English/Hebrew music class for children ages 0 through 3 years old and their caregivers. Rivka led the music classes for six years.

Diana Knight

Diana Knight is a Property Manager at InCommercial. Diana’s previous work experience includes health club management and office management. In her free time, you can find Diana volunteering or enjoying a dirty martini.

Rachel Kemph

Rachel Kemph joined the InCommercial team as the Lease Administrator. Prior to working at InCommercial Property Group, Rachel was with Dry Goods as a District Manager. She has spent the last 11 years working in customer service, management, new store openings and employee development. In her free time Rachel cheers on Purdue, hopes for a decent Bears season, spends time with her Husband Joe, their kids Mikey and Maggie, and loves to spoil their dog, Harry.

Jake Kaplan

Jake Kaplan is a Financial Analyst at InCommercial Property Group. Previous experience includes Multifamily Underwriting with Freddie Mac, where Jake focused on property financials and market research, utilizing commercial rent rolls and historical financial statements to underwrite various multifamily properties. Jake is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Real Estate. 

Meggie Jenkins

Meggie Jenkins began her career in real estate as a residential agent in California, doubling her business sales the first year. Through the years of leveraging client referrals and long-term relationships she began to work with investors on 1031 exchanges, negotiating lease terms, and learning the various aspects of commercial real estate. She excels at building strong, long-lasting client relationships, problem solving, and researching new opportunities to execute. She enjoys focusing her efforts on her career as well as organizing nonprofit fundraising events for various causes. Meggie is licensed in California, Utah, and has her Brokers license in Arizona.
