Lisa Florest is Vice President of Capital Markets at InCommercial. Lisa’s experience includes over 6 years in capital markets and over 20 years in the financial services industry. Lisa previously worked for companies including Griffin Capital Securities and most recently, Urban Catalyst Funds. Lisa has worked to develop and raise capital for investment offerings in commercial and industrial real estate, private credit, opportunity zone funds, office, residential, and hospitality.
Lisa attended Arizona State University and is a long-time resident of the beautiful state of Arizona. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 licenses. Lisa is a registered representative of JCC Capital Markets, LLC, Member FINRA
Sam Derse
Sam Derse has spent a two-decade career with InCommercial, Inc., specializing in real estate acquisition/disposition, short and long-term investment portfolios, and the brokerage of a variety of single tenant net lease properties. His deep knowledge base in the net lease investment world allows him to advise and assist a wide array of clientele, whether they be family office, preferred developer, or individual/institutional investors. Anthony Colletti
Anthony Colletti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He has professional experience with the Tax and Business Service with American Express and RSM McGladrey where he focused on small business expertise in real estate. After meeting Erik Conrad from InCommercial, Inc., Anthony has become InCommercial’s in-house CPA and has assisted in developing one of the most tax efficient structures for the acquisition of over $50 million of real estate and has aided in the oversight of the accounting and tax preparation for all of the InCommercial investment entities.
Molly Borrowman
Molly Borrowman is an Assistant Controller at InCommercial Property Group. Molly spent 9 years with a real estate developer in various accounting roles including Assistant Controller. She spearheaded the modernization of the accounts payable system by implementing an automated approval workflow for all invoices resulting in an approximate 75% net reduction in processing time across all departments. Molly previously worked in property management, providing third-party management services to a variety of commercial clients. Molly’s 15 years of experience in real estate includes tenant reconciliations, draw management, and treasury management.
Molly graduated from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Business Administration and has a Master of Accounting from the University of Illinois – Chicago.
Karla Lombardi CPA
Karla Lombardi is the Controller and is responsible for accounting records and financial reporting. In 2010, after ten years in sales, Karla pivoted her career to accounting and worked for a commercial real estate company. Since then, Karla was at KPMG in tax compliance as well as credits and methods, and was later in federal tax planning for a Fortune 100 company.
Karla graduated from the University of Kansas with a business degree, earned a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller University, and is a licensed CPA in IL.
Dan Mercer Jr.
Dan Mercer Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at InCommercial Property Group. Dan is responsible for the capital-raising efforts for InCommercial’s investment products such as DSTs and Private Real Estate offerings through the Independent Broker-Dealer and RIA channels.
Before joining InCommercial Dan began his career working in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Real Estate Development representing several national retail tenants in the Pacific Northwest as well as developing over 2.5 million square feet of retail and office space. After 10 years as a developer, Dan pivoted to capital markets, spending 13 years with KBS, Caddis Capital Investments, and most recently Kingsbarn. Over his tenure, Dan has worked to both develop and raise capital for investment offerings in Retail, Office, Debt, Private Equity, Manufactured Housing, Managed Duration, Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Asset Based Lending & Securitization.
Dan currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ, and is an Arizona native where he spends as much time as possible with his two children, Corde (16) and Piper (14). He attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, and is an avid golfer who can easily shoot his age by the first 4 holes of any outing.
