Meggie Jenkins
Meggie Jenkins began her career in real estate as a residential agent in California, doubling her business sales the first year. Through the years of leveraging client referrals and long-term relationships she began to work with investors on 1031 exchanges, negotiating lease terms, and learning the various aspects of commercial real estate. She excels at building strong, long-lasting client relationships, problem solving, and researching new opportunities to execute. She enjoys focusing her efforts on her career as well as organizing nonprofit fundraising events for various causes. Meggie is licensed in California, Utah, and has her Brokers license in Arizona.
Akeem Hutchinson
Akeem Hutchinson is a Property Manager at InCommercial Property Group. Akeem went to Ball State University where he was a Defensive End for the Cardinals football team. He received a degree in Property Management with a minor in Business Management in 2019. Hutchinson moved to Chicago after graduation and began working with a residential rental housing company. During the course of his career, Hutchinson proudly maintained a highly successful apartment leasing and management track record. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and a board member for the St. Jude outreach effort in the African American community.
Andrew Haleen
Andrew Haleen, Acquisitions Director, Net Lease with InCommercial Property Group and Investment Committee Member for the Fund. Andrew Haleen joined InCommercial in 2016 and has held several roles during the firm’s continued expansion. Prior to joining InCommercial, Mr. Haleen held various front office positions across several Wall Street firms including Goldman Sachs, Citi, BNP Paribas, and Merrill Lynch. Over his 20+ year financial career, Mr. Haleen has constructed investment portfolios, analyzed investment opportunities, managed institutional client relationships, and invested firm capital within a risk-managed framework. Andrew earned his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated with Honors and concentrations in Analytic Finance as well as Econometrics & Statistics. Andrew also holds a BA in Economics from UCLA.
Angela Gallik
Angela Gallik is the Director of Marketing & Creative and is responsible for overseeing all creative and marketing direction. Angela has over a decade of commercial real estate marketing experience, building robust brands through better design, websites, and marketing strategies. With an acumen for creating elevated designs and marketing campaigns, she has worked with many distinguished brands across the U.S. from Fortune 100 companies, national and regional brands, to startups. Angela holds a Bachelor of Specialized Studies from Ohio University, with a concentration in Graphic Design, Advertising, and Marketing.
Sam Derse
Sam Derse has spent a two-decade career with InCommercial, Inc., specializing in real estate acquisition/disposition, short and long-term investment portfolios, and the brokerage of a variety of single tenant net lease properties. His deep knowledge base in the net lease investment world allows him to advise and assist a wide array of clientele, whether they be family office, preferred developer, or individual/institutional investors. Sam is a registered representative of JCC Capital Markets, LLC, Member FINRA.
Anthony Colletti
Anthony Colletti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He has professional experience with the Tax and Business Service with American Express and RSM McGladrey where he focused on small business expertise in real estate. After meeting Erik Conrad from InCommercial, Inc., Anthony has become InCommercial’s in-house CPA and has assisted in developing one of the most tax efficient structures for the acquisition of over $50 million of real estate and has aided in the oversight of the accounting and tax preparation for all of the InCommercial investment entities.
